Introduction

  According to Cambridge Dictionary, refugees is define as a person  who has escaped  from their  own country  for political,  religious , or economic reasons  or because of a war.  Refugees were defined by the United Nations Convention Relating to the state of   refugee, it is also known as 1951 Refugee Convention to people who are not considered as nationals by any state under the operation of its law. 1951 Refugee Convention are formally adopted on 28 July 1951, the agreement legally binds country signees to recognize and protect people who flee their countries. Refugee have almost no rights, and due to this, they are also often treated very poorly. Though it is possible for them to move and travel, they have no chance of acquiring citizenship into any country.   Total of around 7.9 million Ukrainian refugees were registered across Europe from Ukraine due to the Russian invasion on 26 December 2022.
