The purpose of our life is to become a leader, and we were all born to be a leader. As a leader, they must have high spiritual and emotional intelligence. Through out our life, we are learning new knowledge everyday, at the same time, we are training our ability to sustain pressure and emotion control. We said so from a perspective of a peaceful country. For country that trapped in war is a completely different story. The citizen are trying to get out of the country to stay away from the war. When they reach another country, they are struggling for life because of their "special" identity. They lost their basic rights as a human.   According to Cambridge Dictionary, refugees is define as a person  who has escaped  from their  own country  for political,  religious , or economic reasons  or because of a war.  Refugees were defined by the United Nations Convention Relating to the state of   refugee, it is also known as 1951 Refugee Convention to people who are not considered as nationals by any state under the operation of its law. 1951 Refugee Convention are formally adopted on 28 July 1951, the agreement legally binds country signees to recognize and protect people who flee their countries. Refugee have almost no rights, and due to this, they are also often treated very poorly.   War, migration, resettlement, and political or religious oppression have all caused a great deal of stress for refugees. Because refugee trauma frequently occurs prior to the primary war-related event that prompts them to flee, it is difficult to even begin to describe all of the types of experiences they have gone through. A 17-item section on the Harvard Trauma Questionnaire (HTQ1), which assessed whether the particular event was experienced personally or whether the refugee witnessed or heard about it, has historically served as a standard assessment of refugee trauma.  UN and neighboring country can provide shelter/basics needs and rights for war refugees. - Strength The ability to provide shelter, food and other basic needs to refugees requires substantial financial resources. Organizations like UNHCR rely on funding from governments and other donors to support their work. Providing shelter and other forms of support to refugees also requires well-developed logistics and infrastructure. This includes the ability to transport supplies and people, as well as to establish and maintain refugee camps and other forms of housing. Providing support to refugees also requires a large number of trained and dedicated staff, including social workers, councillors and medical professionals.   Spread the news about war refugee so that people could be aware of what happened   - Strength People will take the issue more into consideration as the authorities or the person in charge will take steps to help the refugees out, for example giving out more resources such as food, water, shelter, clothes and many more. This will certainly help out the war refugees. - Weakness The effect is short term; people will be aware of the issue for a short period of time. United States has always accepted refugees, even though such immigrants were not necessarily defined in the immigration laws. If the refugees are self-reliant and know how to improve their shortcomings to integrate into society, they will probably be welcomed by the citizens. Otherwise, they are just a burden that citizens may not like. South Asian refugee policy suffers from multi-layered protection gaps due to refugee policy volatility . This increases the urgency for adopting a new regional refugee protection framework.
